Peurto Galera is scuba-diving world in Philippines for its protected marine sanctuary. A top class diving resort with much fewer tourists, the most of which are from Korea, Hong Kong and the U.S.



Along with Ruochen & Congyu were a dozen of Congyu's colleague and one professional scuba-diving coach. The local hotel provides all the necessary scuba diving equipment. The dive sites nearby feature a large variety of small sea life with the occasional shark or turtle. Several other sites are drift dives. Almost all of the dive sites are within 30 minute boat ride from the hotel.



Ironically, while Congyu was like a fish in water, Ruochen got himself into serious troubles that finally forced him to give diving up. Fortunately, there were other joys around there. Taking a boat trip, lying on the white beaches or simply walking out of the town to exprience the real Philippine.
